Programming for x64 in Windows scenarios

The following scenarios show assembly programs and libraries written for the Windows Operating System. They use the console for displaying results. They are intended to seamlessly guide users in writing their first application in pure assembler for x64 under the Windows OS. The description considers a standalone assembly approach, but you can use a properly configured Visual Studio Community Edition to assemble the code examples.
